Why did you decide to start this fitness journey?
Once I graduated high school, I actually started studying beauty therapy. However, my love of sports and basketball led me to personal training, and that’s when I discovered how much I loved helping people to become healthier and happier. I have never looked back since for me it was a great life-changing decision.

Exactly what methods do you use in exercise?
My training concept is about getting the most out of a limited amount of time. In today’s society, most people are time poor, so I wanted to help them burn as much fat as fast as possible and as little time as possible, without sacrificing quality of training. By applying science-based concepts to my particular style of training, I was able to get the outcomes that girls wanted. These included flat stomachs, toned thighs, and strong, slim arms. With the customer’s goal in focus, the knowledge that I had learned over the years, and a passion to create something unique, I came up with my e-book concept, Bikini Body Guide. The three weekly resistance workouts go for 28 minutes, require minimal equipment, and can be used by almost all fitness levels. Outside of these resistance sessions, there is a comprehensive week by week cardio guide that breaks down different types of cardio, how they all work together, and why they work. I thought that the science behind my guide was almost more important than the program, so I made sure I incorporate it inside the box with a quite extensive education section.

Can followers eat Honeywell on your bikini body guide diet?
They can add honey as a condiment to their meal plans if they wish. I sometimes add a small teaspoon of honey to my cup of tea if I want it to be a little sweeter.

What’s your favorite snack?
There is a Greek restaurant that I love to go to and they serve the most amazing grilled octopus, beetroot, and skordalia dish. It’s sort of like lemony octopus with sliced beetroot dressing on a bed of garlic/potato dip. I know it sounds a little strange, but it is amazing during summer.

What is your ultimate goal?
I have a dream to end confusion within the health and fitness industry. Fads and scams in this industry have created so much distress and insecurity around weight-loss programs. I want all people to understand their body and have a place to learn about health and fitness and in turn feel confident and happy.

What’s the most challenging thing in your line of work?
The biggest challenge would be trying to help everyone. Obviously, the more interest and followers you gain, the more unique problems and questions you receive. As much as I would like to respond to each and every question, that is impossible because of the high traffic nature of my feed.
